What is OneTouch Health?

OneTouch Health is a multi-functional care management system that allows care providers to manage every aspect of their client’s needs using a single platform to deliver critical efficiencies and continuous improvements in care quality. OneTouch is unique in the care management software ecosystem as it’s the only true all-in-one care management software on the market, handling all aspects of care management and operations, including scheduling, time & attendance, compliance, billing, payroll & time sheets, financial reporting, HR management, incident record keeping, training, assessment forms, and eDocument management.

OneTouch Health was founded in 2014 with the clear intention of bringing complete digital transformation to care providers. The clear outcome of this is more time, energy, and focus spent on delivering excellent care to those who need it. The OneTouch Health Group is a well-established care technology group and is regarded as a preferred partner to local authorities and care providers across the UK, Ireland, and Australia. With the addition of the tri.x, AutumnCare, and OnePlan teams, each an expert in the social care industry, we are constantly expanding our offering and evolving our team. OneTouch is developed and configured by our on-site development team and by our development team in Brazil. The OneTouch platform is then implemented by our Irish and UK-based implementation teams. Similarly, our in-house Customer Support team is staffed by subject experts recruited from care and nursing, HR and accounting backgrounds. OneTouch Health promotes an inclusive company culture and strong values, all of which we believe are reflected in our people-first approach to the platform we build and our relationship with our partners.

Headquartered in Oranmore, Galway where the system was developed by an in-house team of developers and former care workers. The OneTouch platform is flexible and can be tailored to meet the unique needs of care providers and service users. OneTouch helps care organisations expedite decision-making, adapt swiftly to industry changes, and maintain the highest standard of data security and quality control. Delivering over 5.2 million hours of care per month, the OneTouch platform has been built to provide staff with the necessary tools and support required to provide a high quality of care whilst reducing the pressure they feel on a day-to-day basis.
