Reason for purchasing product: We had previously tried other systems and they just didnt seem to fit with what we needed. i had previously used this when i was a carer with a different company and found it so easy to use. It has been very simple to navigate from the beginning and we have had so much support from the team and they are happy to help with anything that you may need. They are also open to suggestions to make things better :) All in all amazing start!
